I changed my mind about a product. Can I return it?

If you change your mind or if there are any issues, you can choose to return the purchased product and you will be refunded. The withdrawal request must be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, and you can submit it directly from the details of your order by clicking on Request Return.
The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, i.e., natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity that may be carried out.
I purchased with a VAT number and changed my mind about a product. Can I return it?
The Right of Withdrawal is regulated by the Consumer Code and only applies to distance sales between the seller and private, non-professional consumers. My order arrived damaged. What can I do?
We recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the products received at the time of collection. We take great care and attention in packaging and shipping the parcels, but some mishaps, even beyond our control, can happen.
If the package is damaged or the sealing tapes are not intact, indicate on the receipt document "Goods received under reserve for..." with a description of the issue.
After doing this, write to our Customer Service specifying the issue encountered.
